What We Do
We buy vacant land and develop different properties on them. We develop family homes as a standard build. There are also more custom builds such as a group home that we construct a layout conducive for disabled residents and a licensed facility to operate inside of. We also build mid term rental houses with a layout conducive for rental by the rooms. We build these specialized buildings primarily for investors.
