David Joseph
Founder / CEO
David is a young entrepreneur who specializes in real estate investing. He does All Things Real Estate. David Joseph is the visionary founder and CEO of Lotus Real Estate. With a deep passion for creating positive change, David established the firm with a mission to improve the world, one block at a time.
David is a native Floridian, born and raised in Davie Florida, he moved up to Tampa for opportunity in Real Estate. After moving he recognized the appeal of Tampa Bay, realizing what a wonderful area it is and has made it his home ever since.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business from Florida State University in Tallahassee. He achieved this academic milestone within one year of attending FSU, having previously obtained his AA degree in high school.
In his free time he enjoys working out, reading, attending networking events and playing beach volleyball.
