Realtors
A realtor is a licensed professional who specializes in facilitating real estate transactions, which involve the buying, selling, or renting of properties such as houses, apartments, commercial spaces, and land. The term "realtor" is often used interchangeably with "real estate agent," but it specifically refers to a real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a trade association in the United States. Each state requires a different license, some are mutually accepted. Every area/region will have a different MLS, meaning the licensee is limited to having access to the properties in that area. Realtors typically take home 3% commission on the sale of a property.
When using a realtor they should know more real estate than you. That is why we train our realtors on all different strategies in investment real estate so they are a complete realtor, knowing how to close a property in all different difficult scenarios.
