history

We started as individual real estate investors mainly focusing on smaller residential flips and rentals. With years of combined experience in real estate, each member brings tremendous value to the team.

At Lotus Capital, we buy underperforming and undervalued assets to which we then add value to with a renovation and optimizing operations of the asset. We are a real estate fund dedicated to providing value. We recognize opportunities to capitalize on, to present profitable investments to our capital investors.

Javan Ortiz, has years of experience in real estate. Starting with wholesaling later scaling into flipping, deal structuring, and a large scale AirBNB business. Javan has a background in construction and hospitality.
